John Human has examined for almost 20 years across the globe, initially for Guildhall, then with Trinity on the Classical and Rock & Pop panel. He has worked on syllabus development and other elements of the examination process. A pianist with a passion for exploring the instrument as widely as possible, John plays classical repertoire and also improvises in idiomatic genres, jazz, rock, pop and world music. As a teacher John always seeks to embed technical command, in order to enable students to master the repertoire of their choice.
