Member Biography
Lesley Graham is an experienced education leader with over 25 years in the education sector, specialising in both further and higher education. From October 2018 to July 2024, she served as Executive Principal at Stockton Riverside College, where she was responsible for ensuring an outstanding learning experience for students and aligning the curriculum with the needs of local and regional employers. Prior to that, she was Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) at Writtle University College, overseeing academic programs across both higher and further education. Lesley’s leadership journey also includes a role as Vice Principal for Curriculum and Learner Experience at Barking & Dagenham College, where she led the institution to a successful Ofsted inspection, achieving ‘outstanding’ for Leadership and Management. Her strategic expertise spans T Levels, higher education, and 14-16 provision, making her a proactive leader with a strong commitment to quality assurance and stakeholder engagement.
