Teacher Profile

About Me

I am an experienced teacher of pupils of all abilities from age 4 years to adult.  I regret that my teaching list is currently full. My pupils may choose ABRSM exams, or graded learning ‘just for fun’ without examination. I also teach ABRSM Grade V music theory. A Pupils’ Concert is held annually. DBS  certificate and Public Liability Insurance are held and I am registered with the ICO. For details please see my website ajwpianoandtuition.org.uk

Looking for a Piano teacher

Bursaries

If you are looking for a piano teacher, you may be interested to know that EPTA UK teacher members have access to the John Bigg Bursary Fund. This provides grants for pupils who may be having difficulty paying for their piano lessons.

How to identify a good teacher

Good teachers can often be identified at local Music Festivals and other public events, or at pupils’ concerts (see the EPTA UK magazine for piano teachers Piano Professional for details).
