Discover practical strategies for bringing jazz to life in your teaching with internationally renowned pianist Alexander Hawkins.

This engaging professional development workshop will explore the stylistic elements that make jazz performance authentic and compelling. Alexander will share practical teaching techniques, listening skills and beginner improvisation exercises that you can apply immediately in your lessons.

Participants are also invited to bring a jazz (or jazz-inspired) piece they are currently teaching or practising.
