EPTA UK offers two bursaries to members:

 

The John Bigg Scholarship Fund is awarded to pupils of EPTA UK members who show true commitment to the piano as their first and preferred instrument. A minimum standard of approximately grade 5 would be expected. The Mark Ray Scholarship Fund is awarded to EPTA UK members to assist in ongoing training.  Applicants will be considered and awarded to applicants who show commitment to teaching and where there is a clearly defined outcome (e.g. research, a course, or working towards a qualification).

Nominations are invited for a limited number of bursaries of up to £300. The bursaries will be considered and awarded to applicants who show commitment to teaching and where there is a clearly defined outcome (e.g. research, a course, or working towards a qualification). To support the application please include the details of two referees who are happy to be contacted, are not a relative, but are familiar with the applicant and their circumstances.
